In a lovely quiet rural setting and facility very new and clean. Reception friendly, efficient and reassuring. Everyone obviously enjoyed working with animals and reassuring to them also. The consultant spent as much time as I needed discussing my dog's situation and later showed me xrays and scans pointing out details and answering all my questions. A full report followed with photos and an ongoing regime as to how to sort out her arthitis and a cracked joint problem. Very professional but also very friendly which is important when you're concerned for your pet.

Every person we met at Anderson Abercromby warmly greeted us and made us feel welcome at a challenging time. The aftercare was exceptional and the instructions were clear and user friendly. Our Labrador has just had bi lateral hip replacement all the staff gave brilliant care and love to her, Peggy doesn’t normally like vets but wanted to keep going back, the extra attention and care they give them helps so much, can’t praise them enough thank you to all the staff their who made the experience so much easier and less worrying

Very efficient and friendly. Highly qualified vets with years of experience. They explain your pets case in detail and will answer any queries that you have. The procedures undertaken on our two Springer Spaniels was very successful and they are both continuing with good health. I would highly recommend Anderson Abercromby.
