I cannot recommend the benefits of a cat only specialist vet practise highly enough after my cats became traumatised, distressed and aggressive by noisy waiting rooms, rushed appointments and a different vet every visit. From you walk through the door of Graylands everything is about comfort and stress free consultation and treatment. Your cat's health and wellbeing is the centre of care and philosophy. Post operative care is excellent with a clearly written care plan, excellent analgesia (so often overlooked) and follow up telephone calls and visit. Pricing is very clear and communication (including written) excellent. I know I am very fortunate to have such a gold standard cat practice within travelling distance.

If there were 10 stars, I'd leave them. Just the most amazing vets. They were so compassionate when my Willow died at 17, and are just as amazing with my kittens Thackery and Binx. All the team have been so calm, understanding with me and so lovely with my boys. Even cleaning Thackie up after his stress effects in the car. They are all everything you want in a vet for your cats, just perfect, kind, loving and truly compassionate.
