My cat was really well looked after when she had a dental procedure. I had regular updates throughout the day and felt reassured that my cat was in very good hands

First time as an owner of a kitten. I felt put at ease by all the staff at Graylands. Also Bruno enjoyed the experience, he had a full check up and was relaxed throughout. I would highly recommend this practice. Nina

My 16 year old cat is recovering well after a dental. The staff at Graylands Cat Clinic have been great and I could see the difference that specialised pre and post operative care brings. In addition during the process there was excellent communication and in following their advice to have an X ray I now understand far more valuable information about her overall health. Definitely recommend this Team of very dedicated professionals.

I cannot recommend the benefits of a cat only specialist vet practise highly enough after my cats became traumatised, distressed and aggressive by noisy waiting rooms, rushed appointments and a different vet every visit. From you walk through the door of Graylands everything is about comfort and stress free consultation and treatment. Your cat's health and wellbeing is the centre of care and philosophy. Post operative care is excellent with a clearly written care plan, excellent analgesia (so often overlooked) and follow up telephone calls and visit. Pricing is very clear and communication (including written) excellent. I know I am very fortunate to have such a gold standard cat practice within travelling distance.

If there were 10 stars, I'd leave them. Just the most amazing vets. They were so compassionate when my Willow died at 17, and are just as amazing with my kittens Thackery and Binx. All the team have been so calm, understanding with me and so lovely with my boys. Even cleaning Thackie up after his stress effects in the car. They are all everything you want in a vet for your cats, just perfect, kind, loving and truly compassionate.

⭐ A Truly Exceptional Veterinary Practice — Worth More Than 5 Stars! ⭐ I cannot express just how grateful I am for the incredible care and compassion the entire team at Graylands Cat Clinic has shown recently while one of my cats has been unwell. From the moment we walked through the door, I was treated with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and respect. The communication has been exceptional; clear, regular, and always delivered with genuine empathy. I have felt fully involved in every decision regarding my cat’s care, and it has been so reassuring to know that the team truly listens and values my perspective as a pet owner. Most importantly, my beloved cat has received expert, high‑quality medical care, along with a level of love, gentleness, and attention. Every single member of the Graylands team has gone above and beyond, time and time again. It is rare to find a veterinary practice that combines outstanding clinical expertise with such warmth and humanity. Graylands Cat Clinic is an absolute gem. You are worth more than 5 stars; thank you for everything you do! 🐾💛

Graylands is a really special place - thanks so much Joanna, Hazel and Holly for your amazing treatment, care and follow up during what has been a stressful time. With both my cats having dental issues I feel so reassured by Joanna's wealth of knowledge and experience in this area, and know they are in the best hands possible. My cats seemed so much more relaxed and happy during their appointments - the waiting area and how they are treated with such sensitivity in the consulting room makes such a difference. You are all amazing and I feel so lucky to have found you! Highly recommend.
